Grants for Jewish Organizations Across Maine

The Jewish Community Fund of Maine provides grant funding to support Jewish organizations, programs, and community initiatives throughout the state.

We welcome applications from communities of all sizes—including those in rural and underserved areas—and support work that strengthens Jewish life, culture, education, and wellbeing across Maine.

What We Support

JCFM funds organizations that contribute to the vitality of Jewish life in Maine, including:

  • Educational initiatives and learning opportunities such as Hebrew Schools, day schools and continuing education;

  • Cultural and community programming that support wellbeing and social connection;

  • Organizational capacity and sustainability;

  • Community-building across diverse and geographically dispersed communities

We recognize that meaningful work takes many forms. We encourage proposals that reflect the needs of your community.
